Identification verification: We visually verify/photograph/photocopy your government-issued photo ID at the time of your tattoo / piercing service. If you are having your Minor pierced, we will also visually verify/photograph/photocopy the Minor’s birth certificate and/or legal guardian paperwork.

Payment information: Payments are processed in-person or through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store any credit card information. Returns, refunds or exchanges are not allowed at any time, for any reason.

Website analytics: Basic non-identifying data such as pages visited and general device information, used to improve our website.

Our Piercing services are available to individuals under the age of 18. We secure their information under the legal adult guardian’s account. In order to stay compliant with the Tennessee piercing laws, we must retain their information, including their name, date of birth, photo ID, birth certificate, and/or legal guardian paperwork for a minimum of 3 years.
